“Took my money and my frames and never got back to me”

THEY GOT MY FRAMES AND MY MONEY AND NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I placed an order on May 6th 2019 Order# 2726. Paid $186.15 for lenses, mailed my frames (3 frames and quite expensive ones). They were supposed to put prescription frames in them and mail back. Never heard from them again.On 5th june I sent them my new prescription, just in case the one they had on file from 2017 was too old, THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. Sent 7 emails to costumer service, several calls and voice mail. Nothing. They kept my frames, my money and DISAPPEARED. Now I have to waste time to take further legal action. SO SAD. They do not even bother to call back to say what happened. REALLY SAD. NEVER CALLED BACK, NEVER ANSWERED ANY EMAIL. I want all my 3 frames back and full refund of lenses /shipping cost on my Amex card $186.15
