Have been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks. I was always at home and somehow they could never deliver it. They kept on postponing the delivery date (letting me know the same day, of course) and when I called and asked what the problem was the answer was: change you adress (pretty difficult if you only have one appartment) or come take it at the station (also pretty difficult as it is 30 mins far away by train). The info email adress is an embarassing way of communicating, as they will always answer with a pre-written email and never give you any kind of explanation or apology. I really wonder how a company like this can survive.
