My experience is ongoing and I hope some one somewhere can help get my 30$ back! They charged my account 30$ ON June 3rd. After TEN attempts I could NOT download their software to my computer. My computer kept detecting that it had a virus and refused to download. Naturally I went to their "support" department to get help on june 4 and several times to June 23rd. Their is no "SUPPORT" with this company. You get an auto generated email that reads "due to blah blah blah bull crap bull crap we have no live online support or telephone support but we hope to fix that soon. Please do not resubmit your support request ticket as it may get you kicked to the back of the line." That's not word for word but it's exactly what happens. After 15 days waiting for a reply I again sent a furious email demanding my money back for which I GOT ANOTHER AUTO GENERATED EMAIL saying my estimated time of wait for support was 3 days. Well guess what? Three days passed and again no word from anyone at this company at all. I replied to the only two emails I received from them in desperation. Still a month and counting and no refund no word. Can somebody PLEASE get we victims of this thieving online do nothing company a phone number or email that actuall reaches someone of authority at this ridiculously blatantly scamming "company?"
