I booked a car for 7 days and I thought I will collect on the same day but something come up so straight away (30 mins) later I tried to cancel the booking but they charge me 3 days of rental. That a joke because if I cancel before 48hr then it is free but in this case it was same day booking so they charged me. I just booked and cancel. How can that cost them money! Not happy!

I only wanted the car for 5 day instead of 7.
