I submitted a request for technical services for my desktop computer. The company took my credit card to pre-pay, was not able to provide the service (in home services requested), scheduled a day and time, charged my credit card, but ultimately the technician was a no call no show. I suspect they did not have the staff to provide services. I contacted my bank regarding the charges, which eventually dropped off my debit card.

A couple of weeks later they tried to robo charge me with some type of membership fee. I again contacted my bank, the agent's initial response was well you gave them your credit card. I demanded the charge be removed and the company blocked from making any other charges. I think the CEO's of these companies zoom each other to figure out how to make the little person go broke while they jet, yacht, ski and have fun around the world at the working man's expense. Don't let the bank intimidate you to accept these bogus charges. I will never do business with Hello Tech. Not a reputable company.

I took my car to Pep Boys Germantown, MD rather than the dealer (big mistake) for a simple alignment check and possible rotation. An hour later I was informed that I needed 4 new tires (mind you I haven't driven my car more than a 100 miles a month due to Covid), brakes, an alignment, and tire rotation, totaling nearly 2,000 dollars. I guess I had stupid written across my forehead. I informed them I would buy a new car before paying them for any repairs.
I then took my car to the dealer for their 19 point check and found the car was in perfect condition, did not even need an oil change since I am seldom driving it.

Disgraceful, disgusting behavior. Be cautious when dealing with this company. They don't allow you to write bad reviews on Google or with Yelp. They will delete the review for not following the guidelines, which is basically, don't ask, don't tell.

Please be aware that SNAPTRAVEL has changed its name to SUPERTRAVEL. It's the same company trying to scam you, but they have now changed their name so that they can continue their scam of offering services they cannot and will not provide. They will charge your credit card, not provide a service and will not provide a refund. Don't waste your money or time. Positive reviews are scam and con reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use under any circumstances.
