They sign you up for membership to which you never applied for. Some unheard company stealing money out of your bank account. Erroneous charges that will occur every month if you don't stop them. DO NOT fill out any survey to receive any item for shipping charge only. IT'S NOTHING BUT A SCAM AND A WAY TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT

Paper was completed in less than 24 hours. ONLY after I released the money was I able to view the plagiarism report which was over 31% plagiarized. This is unacceptable especially when they advertise "Plagiarism free guaranteed"

No response as they say, Once you release payment, order is closed. Should have allowed review of the plagiarism report first, but they don't

Both locker cabinets had doors jammed backwards. Large dents in top where doors jammed and pushed up top. Submitted pictures as instructed. Have not heard back from company. They don't answer emails, you are on indefinite hold for over an hour anytime you call their number. Absolutely worst customer service I've experienced. Contacted them numerous times by email and finally got through one time out of 7 by phone. Still no response to the damage after 11 days.
