I most likely would still not have my order had I not lilterally DEMANDED they send my glasses immediately after I waited three weeks and was told they were "still being processed". I finally got them. Don't like the frames as much as I thought I would, but there is no way I'm going to deal with them to try and get my money back. I'll just cut my losses and go somewhere else in a couple months when my insurance will pay for new glasses again.
