Wow this company SUCKS! Ordered a t-shirt and didn't find out it would take FOREVER to print and ship until AFTER the order was completed. Contacted a customer service rep and they told me there was "nothing they could to, the 'system' is blocked". Asked to speak to a manager and chat was canceled. Tried to give feedback on the experience in their chat window which THEY ASKED FOR... errored out. Of course! Wasting your money if you place an order with this company.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site - that's all I can say. They are terrible and if you have an issue you'll be told NO cancellations, NO refunds so when you eventually get your item I guess you can throw it in the trash!
