On 11/28/19 I ordered an item intended as a Christmas gift. As of 12/26/19 it still hasn't arrived. I've contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge and have reported this company as fraudulent to them and to the U.S. postal service, for which I was provided a tracking number. The only way to communicate with BabyTimesOriginals is via email but their responses to my emails don't make any sense; it's as if they haven't even read my inquiries. Scammers!
