I ordered a belt for a christmas present and returned it on 12/27/2016. I have called CS several times and sent emails on 2 occasions without a response on the status of my credit.. I still have not received my credit. I will never, ever order from them again. They are always busy and no one has ever answered my call. Shame on Sheplers. The CEO needs to take a look at their Customer Serivce.
