This place is the worst! They sent me the wrong color dress, the fit was not right and instead of trying to help they offered me $5 to keep the dress. This is the worst customer service that I have EVER, EVER, EVER had. I am a business owner and I can tell you that I would not be in business any longer if this is the way I do business! DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF! The product apparently comes from China. Takes over 3 weeks to received the product and it has taken over 3 weeks for me to even get a response to me email about needing to return the product. Apparently whomever runs this place does not order on line and does not know how customer service and satisfaction is handled. Again don't every and I mean every order a thing from this place. I will be leaving terrible reviews with every location I can for this place. They need to know how people feel. Hopefully someone there will eventually get ripped off under finally understand!
