First time user who upgraded membership to hire a babysitter for date night. After communicating with the sitter and her agreeing to the job, I received a strange text at the time she was supposed to arrive at my house saying her gps was giving wrong directions and she couldnt help us. Called her phone 5 times and it went straight to voicemail. Texted her directions to my house when previously she said she knew where it was located. My husband called her and she said she wasnt coming and hung up on him. Neither one of us could get an explanation or any further response from her. Very shady actions by her and upset this person now has our address and contact information. Very leary about this service and the quality of people allowed to pose as caregivers.
