I have been trying to work with this company since June 3,2016 to get my wedding ring repaired because this is the second time it has messed up. It is now October 3,2016. Sent ring at own expense and they said they lost it sending it back after it was repaired. There's additional info that I have but too long to write. They said they would replace it and have never received it. My wedding ring is over $3,700.00 value! I wrote and called Eli- the contact person. He is not responding, emails, L & P Facebook postings, and L & P private messages - all are being ignored. The phone numbers to the company no longer work. They still post on Facebook though. I have filed with BBB and the Attorney General. Next step is small claims court. I CAUTION ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have read and talked to four others that have had problems with them.
