This organization should be ashamed. I cancelled my membership but it continued to auto renew. When I called in to cancel they would not issue a full refund. I asked to speak with the head of customer support they refused. Terrible treatment and fraudulent behavior during a pandemic.
Tip for consumers: Never trust this organization and never allow them to auto-renew. They will continue to charge after you have cancelled

All of our Premium Membership plans are subscription-based. Once the subscription is upgraded to our Premium membership, it automatically renews unless canceled and is non-refundable, as stated on the plan selection page, purchase page, on your receipt, and in our Terms of Use. Members have the option to cancel at any time through their Account Settings or by calling, chatting, or emailing our Customer Success team.
