I understand that there are dissatisfied customers, and there always will be. I must say that I am on the opposite side. I never had any issue with Sam's club so far, even though I read tons of bad reviews here. Their staff is average and I must admit that, "average" in the mood of what it really needs to be a salesman or store clerk. Never the fact, I understand that they were unstaffed as well, so it will take time to train the employees. I never had any issues with their products as well, either it was ordered online or was picked up from their store.

It was a very good start with Mrs. Robinson, until we found out that employment law is not her strong side at all, even though she claimed that she has a good knowledge about it. The dissatisfaction reached the peak when she forgot to file the documents, and while we were expecting an apology and an explanation, we got refused. Important, our company was paying Mrs. Robinson an amount which we believed is a real plus for a young attorney, to boost her confidence and motivate her for efficient work. We don't want to share any details further, but we would like to note, be cautious with new attorneys. Their lack of experience will cost your company, never the fact, how much you would like to be transparent. We learned our lesson. Check below.
