I'm not usually one for group activities or classes so I wasn't sure this was for me, but after just one class I was hooked, and it just keeps getting better. The instructors are supportive and funny, while still pushing you to do more, more MORE. What an incredible workout – I leave every class exhausted, but exhilarated and looking forward to the next one. I wish I could go every day!
