Supply.com accepted an order for a part it does not have and waited more than a month to notify the customer of this fact, the date of promised delivery.
I ordered a Grohe Flow Control through Amazon on May 22,2018 with delivery by June 20,2018.
On June 19th at 5:30 pm, I received an e-mail from Supply.com stating:
We're writing to inform you that your order from SUPPLYdotcom has been canceled because the item you purchased is out of stock.
Please note, that because of the lateness of the email, it is considered the next business day, June 20th.
