To cut an extremely long story short, I brought 3 tickets to a Champions League game last October, however the tickets never arrived and the day before the game fanpass said they could look for alternative tickets. I declined and asked for a refund which i was told i would receive within 14 days.
6 MONTHS LATER i still have not received any money, Fanpass ignore all of my emails and just keep saying the below, they say you can contact their team but I haven't received a reply for long time now! Are you all on a 1 year holiday?

Your seller indeed failed into providing the tickets and we advised you by email that we were happy to provide you with replacement tickets in a better stand at NO extra cost. You refused the proposal and asked for a full refund which has been processed already.
