I ordered a camcorder from this site on the 26th of March 2010 and payment was taken via my paypal account IMMEDIATELY. It took them a week to tell me they didn't have the item in stock and that it wouldn't be available untill the end of April. As I needed the item urgently for a work related programme I said this was unacceptable and asked for a refund. The company agreed to give me a refund - but guess what... over 2 months later, I am still waiting! The only way to contact this company is by email. And they say they reply within 3 days - they do not! When they finally answered the email I sent them asking where my refund was, they said as the paypal payment I had sent was now over 45 days old ( an example of the service they provide) would I accept a cheque by post. Of course I said I would provided it would be paid out to me! However this was on the 11th May and no cheque has arrived despite further emails from me to them asking for it. So now I am letting others know of my experience with this company to try and prevent this happening to anyone else. My advice to you is... DON'T GO THERE! I did alert Drumkinnons that I would be reviewing their site here but still they have not sent me my refund... so BUYERS BEWARE! I pesonally will NEVER use this site again. In the off chance I ever do get a refund I will let you know, but lets just say "I won't be holding my breath"! Anybody else with similar experiences of this site?

Re Drumkinnons - it is listed in these reviews as one to avoid at all costs. Look for reviews by Dasco - he lists a lot of companies run by the same guy who runs Drumkinnons and they are all well dodgy by the look of things... Check this list out folks - every site has the same format, address and problems! This guy really needs to be stopped and I am doing my best to do it. Any help here would be appreciated - I know from other reviews that many people have had problems with his other companies as well. Here is a list of them for your info:

I ordered a watch from this website on the 25th October. I received a confirmation email with an order number and another email to say the order was being processed - payment was taken from my account the same day. I have not received the watch. I have sent several emails but got no reply. I tried phoning the company and am only getting an answering machine. My advice to everyone is DO NOT USE THIS SITE or its associated sites of which there are another two who say they are selling jewelry and another selling sunglasses. Be very, very careful - I think this may be a scam.
UPDATE 13TH NOV - I have checked with my card company today and I have been given a full refund from Watch33. Good luck to everyone else who are still waiting. I personally will NEVER use this company again - and those of you who have got your stuff... boy are you lucky, there are a lot of unhappy people around! I have ordered the same watch from another company earlier today, have been kept informed by email and text of its progress throughout the day and it will be with me in the morning via special delivery for only a few pounds more than watch33's price. Now that is what I call service! BY THE WAY - I wonder what has happened to the reviews that were posted on the pricerunner site - they seem to have disappeared?
