Do not risk your money with buying a condo or construction from Slokker West. We made the mistake a year ago and have had endless problems with the quality of construction both exterior and interior.
All appliances have given problems or broken down, flooring has warped and granite countertop cracked. Plumbing leaked all over the place, bathroom, washing machine, dish washer, sink etc. etc.
Worse is their customer service rude right down from the president of the company to the project manager could not care less once possession letter is signed your problem Ha Ha sucker.
Tip for consumers:
No use complaining to Alberta Home Warranty either they are another useless organization
