Purchased a pair of Persol prescription sunglasses. Online you can't tell how they will really look on your face. Didn't like them. No problem they will exchange... Now the fun starts, Send back frames and requested Ray Ban Wayfayer. Now waiting for 45 days, I can't track order. Chat desk keeps referring me to return desk who can only be reached by email. "They will email you in 2-3 days". Nothing/ nada! Horrible experience and I will never buy from them again
