Was enjoying this until the developers insisted that the user's actual names are displayed. At this point I uninstalled it. This is against all advice from law enforcement, cyber fraud and anti-trolling agencies. If you don't mind your name out there for third parties to research and troll then fine. But if you value your privacy, then don't sign up. It's an invitation to being trolled. I have no problem with a company having my real details to fulfil any cyber-laws, but I do object to my name being out there for any lowlife to latch onto!

My parcel failed to arrive. DHL investigated and refunded the company... who then didn't refund me. All communications after DHL refunded them was ignored. I cannot recommend this company. They got their money twice... once from me and once from DHL, and I got nothing.

I've been a regular customer for about 9 months now and I love this company. The website is crystal clear and user-friendly. There are plenty of photos to check ingredients, which is useful. Products are updated daily, and if (like me) you have a limited budget, there is ample opportunity to get some luxury treats at very knockdown prices. The range of products is varied and I've tried foods I've never seen before. But the jewel in the crown is the customer service... absolutely superb! Also they use DPD for deliveries, a genuinely efficient courier. If you order before 12 noon then you will likely get your order the very next day, if not then the day after for certain (not weekends of course!). Delivery prices are modest or free over £40. And it's easy to spend £40! The packaging is also superb. Star Bargains could give other online traders lessons in customer satisfaction! I'd give them 20 stars if I could.

Awful! Used George online for the first time this week. Never again! Paid extra to have item delivered on a set date. Got a text saying it would be 24 hours late. Next day I got a text and email saying parcel delivered. I was in, sitting waiting, and I have no parcel, no knock on the door. It had to be signed for, so they certainly don't have my signature! Called Asda/George. Got someone I could barely understand who said they would "look into it and get back to me". I'm still waiting. I don't hold out much hope for a refund either because (knowing from experience!) Asda's carrier (Yodel) lie through their teeth. I will never ever buy from George again.

  • Netflix

I've been a Netflix customer for about 10 years. I am disabled and mostly housebound, so I have to rely on home entertainment. But I don't have money to spare so things like Sky are beyond my budget. Netflix offers a phenomenal amount of content for just a few ££s a month. The platform they use is stable, the quality is good. They have a nice range too... films, box sets, documentaries, comedy etc. With the awful choice on freeview, I would go nuts with my Netflix!

  • Waitrose & Partners

I received a coupon for money off a first online delivery order for new customers. With nothing to lose I decided to sign up and use it... and what a revelation! Firstly, Waitrose were not nearly as expensive as I thought. Secondly, the quality of their fresh produce was worth the extra few pennies. I am talking fresh fruit and veg with twice the shelf life of that from other stores. Thirdly, any extra pennies spent are saved by virtue of their delivery being free over £40. Compare that to Tesco who charge £7 for a £40 delivery at peak times! I use home delivery for everything because I am disabled. I have found that if I plan well and take advantage of their special offers, I can get better quality food for the same net price as from the other supermarkets. And to add the icing on the cake... their delivery drivers are just so nice and so helpful and cheerful. 10 out 10 Waitrose/Ocado!

I've used Iceland home delivery since they started back in the late 90s. They were the first high street grocery store to deliver in my area. Unfortunately over the past 6 months their standards have dropped so much that I have stopped using them. The main issues are very poor quality of fresh produce, items on or past their use-by dates and defrosted frozen produce. After having to throw away 1/3 of my last delivery as unusable, I called a halt. I've talked to customer service, written to them, taken picture of melted warm liquid ice cream taken only minutes after the driver has left. But they are not interested. The last response came from a no-reply e-mail address... asking me to reply with more information! That told me that they have no interest in raising their standards back to where they used to be. I think (at least in my area, south London), they are palming off almost unsellable goods to minimise their stock write-offs. Very sad, but won't be using them anymore. Customer loyalty and quality service mean nothing to them.
