An older gentleman in the food section was so helpful and willing and professional.and a young lady on the exit to London TRd again was very helpful and willing.
Really great service from them who both went over and above their duty, in every aspect.
Poor customer service yesterday from the young man at the till. No thank you or smile, and very sullen.
When I asked a lady working there where the long life milk was, I had to ask her 3 times to show me where as she just kept pointing and saying over there.
I took a product back to the store that I had ordered online as it was too big, It came without an invoice. Receipt so I printed off the on line order confirmation.
The Bicester store female staff member who seemed to be the boss said to me suspiciously, its very unusual for a receipt not to be sent and she made me feeling very uncomfortable and I will not be using the store again.
THEY TOOK AWAY MY POINTS THAT I HAVE EARNED THROUGH BUYING FOOD/ DRINK FROM THEM. THEY SAID BECAUSE I HAD NOT USE THE POINTS FOR A WHILE.
I HAD NEARLY 500 POINTS AND WHEN I WENT TO USE THEM THEY SAID THEY HAD TAKEN THEM BACK.
I WILL NEVER GO TO COSTA AGAIN!
