I enjoy this site and rate it very highly. I have found people there and there are lots of beautiful Asian women and other beautiful people there on the site as well.

However as with any free site there are fake profiles as well and the site has them but the site operators do care about cleaning up the site of fake profiles. Profiles that are not active after a year are removed from the site.

Scammers are also there and the site also has been known to clean them up as well once they are informed about it. I have found the site operators to be quick and to be very professional when it comes to cleaning up these scammers from off the site.

There have also been technical issues with the site but the site is great in terms of dealing with this issue also as well professionally.

The site also has been known to delete email responses from time to time if they are received from those one has contacted once one does not reply to them after some period of time. This sometimes is an issue so one has to make sure that one does keep in regular contact with the site and contact them if in case such happens.

I prefer free sites and this site ranks among the best out there because it has proven to be more professional than some paid sites that are out there. The site also has an excellent control of spam mail that can be sent to one's account. Now some services are not free like deliveries for example but the fact that the other services like correspondence services are free that one would have to spend their money on in other places makes this an excellent site to check out.

I do not like it when a site that claims to be free is not completely free especially in its services that involve correspondence. Here is the case with this site.

Also there is a limit in the amount of free message notifications that one can send out in a day to other members. Other sites may have this limit but it is not as narrow or as restricted as with this site.

The site has a poor ability to remove scammers and so there are many that are there especially Asian scammers.

I am still disappointed with this site. I believe one can find people there but it may come after paying the price the site asks one to pay and filtering through the many fake or scam profiles that are on the site.

This site may be "free" in terms of free chatting but there is a lot of disappointment with this site

First there are lots of fake profiles on the site. Many times one can know a fake profile by the fact that it has no face picture that goes along with it.

Second there are scammers such as scammers from Nigeria and Senegal. There are occasions where they have been known to send scam letters to men once one replies back to their expressions of interest. Plus these scammers have been known to chat with men online on the site's online chat system.

Third the site seems linked to the corrupt site 1st-international.com and its copycat sites that are corrupt in their activities and ways because advertisements from these copycat sites appears on the this free dating site.

It is good that it is free because it means if it was a paid site one would waste their money having to sift through all of the fake profiles on the site. However with the issues above it means that it can take some time on the site before one actually meets a real person to communicate with.

  • Wylie News

11/12/11

Good site that deals with the news that comes from Wylie, Texas. It deals with various topics out of Wylie, Texas like sports, events taking place in Wylie, other announcements, etc

The only drawback is the site design lack a little in terms of its visual aspect but hopefully that will change later on. Good information site!

  • Twitter

11/12/11

I love Twitter for several reasons

1. Social networking with others
2. Business networking with others
3. Information networking with others
4. Finding and connecting to new people
5. Ability to share day-to-day thoughts and ideas
6. Ability to gain a fan base of followers
7. Product marketing and advertising potential
8. Ability to stay in touch with friends, family and others
9. Ability to make new friends

Twitter is a great site for great interaction with others. No complaints here!
A great site for my part!

  • BeautifulPeople

11/11/11

I actually first heard about this site on the news where there was an issue with a girl who was not allowed on the site fully because other members did not think that she was "beautiful" enough. This site is all about discrimination and bias and the tool of that bias and discrimination is the so-called "beauty" rating system of the site.

When one signs on the site one becomes an applicant of the site. However to have a continued presence on the site one must be "verified" as "beautiful" in the eyes of the other members. This is clear 100% discrimination and prejudice against others based on looks. The site claims that is does this for business purposes but discrimination can always be in the disguise of "business" and still will always be discrimination.

Here is what the site sends you when one now becomes a member on the site

"beautifulpeople

"Thank you - Your application profile was successfully created

Dear XXXXX,

Your BeautifulPeople profile has been successfully activated.

Over the next 48 hours, your profile will be rated by existing members of the opposite sex. If the majority finds your profile attractive, you will be granted coveted membership.
During the next 48 hour rating period, you can view your running status in real time in the rating section.

Follow your profile's rating status
BeautifulPeople.com wishes you every success.

Sincerely,
BeautifulPeople"

Frankly I could care less if others think I am not "beautiful" in their eyes because I am content with who I am regardless as to what others think about me. This beautiful people site is basically about baseless prejudice and should be brought down because of its practices.

  • BeNaughty

11/11/11

This is one site full of many problems. Here are some of them:

1. Poor at giving out refunds (Here is a story from scam.com)

Topic: Beware; dating site benaughty.com is a scam

Author: madseadog

Date: 06-15-2009, 05:14 PM

"After offering you a 3 day trial period for 2.99 GBP, they then help themselves to a month membership fees after you give them your credit card details.
When you complain after checking your account, (as in my case 2 weeks later, fortunately sooner rather than later) they say they don't refund your money as you used the site.
After reading through all the small print, you are supposed to give them 3 days notice not to become a full member which actually means you are supposed to do this before you actauly join! If you don't notify them, they just continue to milk your account!
This is nothing more than a money stealing scam-don't even go there!"

2. Many Fake profiles (Story from the complaints board)

Author: Torntone

Date: Posted: 2011-04-26

Topic: They purposely use fake profiles and fake msgs to get you to sign up

"After creating a profile for BeNaughty.com i was hit with over 50 emails from supposed other members wanting to chat but when i bought the membership emails down to zero and the women in the chat are all from Ghana or want you to view their camshow... I personally think that Benaughty.com should be sued for everything they are worth and shut down immediately... they purposely use fake profiles and fake msgs to get you to sign up. Stay away from it, i learned the hardway."

3. Possible "claims" of photo tempering (Story also from the complaints board)

Author: compu8

Date: Posted: 2011-09-24

Topic: Illegal use of my photo

"I am writing to you because i feel abused and helpless. I joined an adult dating site a few months ago, it is called BENAUGHTY.COM A few days ago I discovered that my profile was used illegally by the administration team to contact members of the site that I had no interest in. I was very annoyed and decided to give up on there services. After that I found a new fake profile on the site that had my pictures and wrong details pretending I was a different person. I contacted them by phone and several emails and they have been ignoring me. Please help me I don't know what to do to get that fake profile cancelled. I feel used and its making me very depressed that they are using my image to get different men to pay for subscription to join their site without my approval. Please help me! Please."

This benaughty.com site should end up being nonexistent for all of its bad and negative ways.

  • LavaPlace

11/10/11

Scam and sham. This site fits these words perfectly well. There are several scam issues with the site

1. Many Fakes profiles (here is a story from the reviewcentre.com)

Author: deall

Topic: Review of LavaPlace.com - www.lavaplace.com "Mostly Fake Accounts and Scams"

Date: Written on: 11/10/2011

"When I moved to a new country I naturally wanted to get out there and meet people. Aside from going to the bars and clubs I thought I'd try a dating website, and this was one of the first ones that came up on Google. Even though the design of the site is pretty dated, I thought that since it was only about 14-15 euros I'd try it out. Let me save you some money - don't bother signing up. I admit that there are SOME real people on this site, but the majority (I'd say at least 80%) of people contacting me (usually sending "virtual kisses") are clearly fake profiles. How can I tell? Well, firstly someone copies and pastes a very similar text for all the profiles, and if you do a Google image search, you'll find that the pictures are taken from some girls's Myspace page or Flickr. Like I said, I have been chatting with a few real people, but I'd advise you to save your money."

2. Scammers like Nigerian Scammers (Here is a story from the thedatingdope.com)

Name: john doe

Topic: LavaPlace.com review

Date: February 9th, 2010 at 5:14 am

"Lava Place is very overrated! I took out a full paid membership for a month to see what "luck" I got. Indeed, I did get a few responses here and there — mainly from web cam girls trying to rip me off after a period of grooming. In addition, I received two responses for a plea of help (after a period of emailing back and forth) from 2 beauties (both Caucasians) who turned out to be dodgy Nigerians on the look out for mugs like me. COME ON! Think! Such gorgeous women — do they REALLY need LavaPlace? I doubt it somehow!"

3. Money seeking contacts and contacts who do not have sound minds (Here is a story also from the thedatingdope.com)

Name: Frank Spencer

Topic: LavaPlace.com review

Date: November 19th, 2010 at 6:46 am

"Like all other sites Lavaplace has its fair share of bogus profiles, confused people and photos that don't really tell the true story. You have to go through a lot of crap to find one nugget. I meet two woman recently who I think are bit mad and needs to be treated – perhaps being kind to them they may be autistic. They were both Russian and high maintenance and in public were very loud and over animated. They expect you to pay for everything as if they are coming as your mistress and yet want equality, respect, high quality men and your coat to be thrown on the puddle for them to walk over. Just be careful of these economically motivated people."

In addition the site sends out letters to people namely men on the site and the actual ladies themselves are not sending their own letters. These letters are called mailshot letters (practiced also by anastasiadate.com) and are done to entice or seduce men to keep paying their money on the site which may just end up being wasted. This site lavaplace.com needs to lose its business so that it never ever operates again.

  • Tarot.com

11/10/11

I often wonder why it is some people trust in things that are not truthful. Mediums and psychics and those who deal with tarot cards do not fall into the realm of that which is 100% truthful sorry to say. Here is an example of the deception in tarot card readings. Here is a story from answers.yahoo.com

Author: raspberry beret

Topic: Psychic Tarot Reading Scam?

"Hey all. So being the sometimes gullible person I am, I decided to go get my tarot done one night and was amazed at the woman who I truly believed had a gift. She knew that my fiance was in the military, she knew my friend's name who was accompanying me, she knew that I had refused a cleansing from a previous psychic, and she knew the details of my love life. She predicted I'd get married soon, and have a baby, which I am nowhere ready for. She then said that I had a negative energy around me and will need cleansing asap... She told me the cleansing would cost my birth age multiplied by 69. I don't have money for this and told her this, and she said "Don't worry, we'll figure it out.",,, I believe that I shouldn't have to pay to be "cleansed."

This tarot card reading in the story was really intending to "cleanse" all the money away from this person. There is nothing 100% truthful in tarot cards and they are not to be trusted at all.

  • Howtocomplain

11/10/11

Good site for getting one's complaints resolved. The site claims to have a high success rate when it comes to getting a problem fixed. This site seems to be a great resource especially when there are urgent matters that one may need to get fixed immediately. Plus the site has community forums for members to discuss various questions that have been asked.

Usually I would give a complaints site a full rating but my problem with this site deals with one issue. The site is named how to complain yet when I tried search for how to complain on the site this was very difficult. I found it quite difficult indeed as to where on the site was the section where one could actually post a complaint. Other than that the site is a great consumer resolution mechanism and should be looked into if one may need their issues to be resolved.

  • Complaint Now

11/10/11

Excellent complaints site that gives one the opportunity for their complaints to get resolved. I found that sign up was okay. Verification of one's sign up is done by an activation string that is sent by the online support of the site that one must enter in along with one's username in order to get to activated on the site.

Posting of a complaint required a little more details than with other complaints sites but it was well worth it.

This is an excellent consumer tool and one that is dedicated to helping the consumer resolve their complaints. Once the complaint is resolved the site gives the option to remove the complaint which one can most certainly do.

  • Bing

11/10/11

I like bing.com and I think it is very okay for a search engine. I also find that the search engine has brought back items that were not important to what I was searching for.

I do like however the related searches section and to me that makes it also okay as a search engine.

However the video section is very impressive for me. I think bing.com can be the best out there.

  • Scam Warners

11/10/11

This site might be helpful in some respects but I cannot give it my full rating because of my disappointment on the site. I tried to post a topic that exposed a particular kind of corruption that dating sites were participating in.

I immediately received threats from the moderators to my shock and amazement. Along with helping others this site has at times shown bias and prejudice towards others as well. What a shame for an antifraud site to participate in such a fraudulent activity.

This site has good information but incomplete information on the subject of fraud at times.

  • Scam Victims United

11/10/11

Highly excellent antiscam site that was established by the founders Shawn and Jeff Mosch who were scammed by a Nigerian scammer. This site is a wonderful tool when it comes to protecting oneself from scammers.

The site contains a message board that contains various topics such as 419 scams, ATM scsms, auction website scams, black money scams, lottery scams, dating or romance scams, rental scams, modelling scams, phishing scams, work-from-home scams, rental scams etc

One thing I love about the site is that they contain a topic on their message board called the "everything else topic" where any other kinds of topics that need to be posted that are scam related can be posted there unlike with fraudwatchers.org which has greatly disappointed me in that regard.

They also contain a list of agencies that one can report a scam to.

Excellent resource, excellent tool and excellent support for scam victims. Very highly recommended

  • Foreign Ladies

11/10/11

A 1000% scam site and a 1000% fraud site. The profiles and profile pictures of the ladies are taken from elsewhere it seems and are probably taken from other affiliate sites that are corrupt such as anastasiadate.com where profiles that are on anastasiadate.com are found on this site indicating that the site has in fact borrowed profiles or pictures from anastasiadate.com. This is a serious issue meaning that one may be wasting your dollars and cents to write to a lady who does not actually exist on the site at all though her profile is there and the replies that one gets are not coming directly from the lady that one is writing to but from translators and hired writers that are hired by the site to write to men. It is a corrupt feature that is well known with these kinds of specialist sites.

Even the "nicknames" given to the ladies are quite, laughable, ridiculous and absurd. One lady I remember they named her "the black panther" because she wore black and her eyes looked like the eyes of a cat as her profile also had indicated. No serious genuine specialist site actually does this let me tell you right now.

Fraud can be proven with this site in terms of one doing a simple experiment by posting a profile on the site with no picture. I posted my profile on the site with no picture and started getting letters the very same day to a profile that had no picture on it. No serious lady ever contacts a profile that has no picture since of course she is much more sensible than this.

These are called mailshot letters that are sent by the site and not by the ladies themselves which is used as a tool of persuasion to persuade a man to spend his money on the site to open these letters that have been sent to him by fooling him into thinking that he is popular with the ladies because of the many letters that he is receiving when in fact the ladies themselves may have nothing at all many times to do with it because it is the site that is in control when it comes to this.

This foreign ladies site is both false and fake and needs to be fully ended for all of its fraudulent ways.

  • Feelingsandreason

11/10/11

Scam, sham, fraud. This site that supposedly deals with foreign ladies definitely fits into these three words. This site contacts men who have not even registered or become a member of the site by sending them an email letter to men making them think that they have registered. I received such a fake letter that was actually sent to my email account and here it is:

From: DORA
Sent: Thursday, November 10,2011 5:09 AM
Subject: Just looking

"Privet, dear!
The gift of love is the most precious thing that anyone can give to the human being. It is able to change our lives forever and ever, to transform the way of thinking and believing. Everything you had known for years could suddenly lose its sense just because of the golden touch of love: feelings and reason.com
My heart is looking for this wonderful feeling for such a long time. I am hoping for it and I am praying for it with all my heart. Please, come closer, my dear angel of love, my beautiful destiny, my sweetest life. E to find each other, my dear to fly together and enjoy this beautiful
Life.
Waiting for your response
DORA"

Upon inspection it can be seen that the profiles are taken from other places and thus in other words one will not be contacting ladies on those profiles but actually writing to paid persons from the site who are paid to write back letters or contact gentlemen. It only is part of showing how fake the site really is. Once one finally registers with this site it takes one to the source of the fake letter campaign that was sent to different men and this happens to be ualadys.com surprisingly which exposes their scam ways as well.

Feelingsandreason.com should change its name to fake and ridiculous and is a site that should find itself as one that gets run out of business because of all its really ridiculous and fraudulent ways.

  • SeniorPeopleMeet

11/9/11

This site is a shame. It does not have a good scam elimination system at all. Here is an article that shows the dangers of scammers especially with one found on this very site which this dating site took absolutely no responsibility for afterwards in the article. The article has highlighted a scammer problem that prevails it seems on the site.

Topic: Online Dating Scam Leaves Widow Esther Ortiz-Rodeghero Heartbroken, Foreclosed, Bankrupt

From: The Huffington Post,. Denver

Date: November 10,2011

"A woman looking for love online instead lost her life savings after falling for an internet scammer on a seniors' dating site.

Esther Ortiz-Rodeghero of Castle Rock, Colorado, lost her husband in 2010 after he died of pancreatic cancer. After his passing, Ortiz-Rodeghero tells 7News, "I was grieving, and I was lonely, and I wanted someone to share my life with." She says a therapist advised her to go online to meet new people.

She soon discovered a dating website called SeniorPeopleMeet.com, where the 55-year-old financial analyst encountered "Wayne Jackson," a man who presented himself as an Army major general who had lost his wife in a car accident. A picture of "Wayne" provided by Ortiz-Rodeghero depicts a handsome black-haired man in army fatigues, smiling at the camera.

According to ABC, the man claimed to be stationed in Iraq but would be retiring to the United States soon. The two emailed nearly every day. A month later, he requested she send him $800, claiming his bank account had been frozen and, due to his station in Iraq, wouldn't be able to sort it out with the bank in person.

Ortiz-Rodeghero says he showed her bank statements, and began asking for money on a more regular basis. She complied, thinking she'd helped "Wayne" start a business they would both one day run together, writes the NY Daily News. She emptied her personal savings, 401k, and her husband's life insurance, then proceeded to take out loans -- about $500,000 in all.

When she sent "Wayne" money for a plane ticket and he never showed, Ortiz-Rodeghero understood she'd been scammed. In addition to her emotional losses, the Daily Mail reports she recently lost her job of 17 years, her house is in foreclosure, and she has declared bankruptcy.

SeniorPeopleMeet.com, the website where Ortiz-Rodeghero met "Wayne," warns users to never send money to someone you meet online, especially by wire transfer.

The U.S. Army also has issued a warning about online dating profiles from persons claiming to be serving abroad."

I hope all who who read this realize the sadness that scams and scammers can bring and separate themselves from seniorpeoplemeet.com and let the site eventually be shut down for all its shames.

  • Box Office Mojo

11/9/11

Excellent site for box office results. I often turn to this site to look up the box office earnings for the movies I am interested in. This site gives box office results as either daily results, weekly results, weekend results, monthly results, quarterly results, seasonal results, yearly results or all time results.

There is also an index listing that gives a list of movies according to A-Z, Studios, People, Genres, Franchises, Showdowns ( a list for comparing results between different movies), Academy Award winners over the years, and a list that contains the amount of theater counts for various movies that is sorted according to different years.

This site is awesome and there is also a message board that one can join also as well once one obtains an account with the site. This is really is a high quality and excellent movie database site. No disappointments here.

  • RussianEuro

11/9/11

This site from Cupid Media (Ecom Holdings Pty Ltd) is now called Russiancupid. Even though the site has changed its name problems still exist on the site. The greatest problem of course are scammers and the second greatest problem is wasting one's money and time. Here is a story from no1reviews

Reviewer: Disappointed from Europe

Date: 17 February 2011

Topic: RussianEuro - A scam nest

"I have been a paying member of this site for a few days. The first ten minutes felt great - several "women" with incredibly beautiful pictures on their profiles expressed an interest in me. Strangely enough, when we start writing, none of these persons write any single word that has any connection to my profile or country of origin, and they all ask for my e-mail address. I now realize that this is a giant spam nest.

The administrators of the site seem to try to fight the problem. I have reported about a dozen "women" who use e-mail addresses listed in scam warning sites, and at least some of the profiles have been removed, but there are huge numbers left.

Registering at this site is a waste of time. Paying for a membership is a waste of money"

This site now as russiancupid.com continues on with its shady ways and should not be trusted at all and it seems to me should end up being removed.

  • RussianCupid

11/9/11

Cupid Media (Ecom Holdings Pty Ltd) decided to change the name of this site from RussianEuro to RussianCupid. It does not matter because it still is the same site anyway. The major complaint with this site has to do with many fake profiles and there being difficulty in finding someone.

Here is what someone on the site no1reviews.com says

Reviewer: NickG from Australia, 21 April 2011

Topic: I have just had 12 fake profiles deleted in 9 hours

"I have met a couple of real girls but for every 1 you meet you meet 10 fakes, if their country is anything other than Russia such as Italy or America they are fakes and the site knows this but continues to let them sign on

This sums up the site"

Of course these fake profiles contain scammers as well as also noted by one reviewer and it means that going through these profiles means that it is a waste of time and money as another person noted on the site no1reviews.com also

Reviewer: Zoltan from Europe, 26 August 2011

Topic: Hit a lotto has a greater chance as to find someone here!

"So, after 1 month my experience: The site itself is good, the idea, layout and the design. No problem here. The REAL problem is that they allow every fake person to register. I reported every day at least 20 fake pictures, profiles. I'm tired already that they "first class, anti scam measurements" are non existent. I got 100 emails, about 300 interests, i checked 1100 profiles and send out many messages, interests. About 3 turned out to be true. I was looking for a girl from 18 to 30 years, without kids. So maybe if you look for someone older, like 45 with 2 kids, maybe you gonna have better chances... I don't know. My experience was really bad, waste of the time and money. They have zillions of members, but most of them are fake (i think about 80% from my age). I got every day dozens of interests, messages from scammers, ghana scammers and scammers from all over the world. Nobody was real and ready to give Skype address, nobody had a camera or had access to the Internet cafe or anything else. Just automated messages every time, even when my reply was "Go and %^&* yourself, you scammer" i got a reply next day, a full letter saying thank you for my kind message.

So, save your time and money, it's a massive scam. Sooner or later you going to figure it out yourself if you pay for the membership. Don't be a fool."

This Cupid Media site many times seems more like a catastrophe and it would be wise to heed the words of warnings from those who are warning others about the ways of this site!

For me personally it is better to go on a free site and filter out all of the fakes from the real ones than to actually go on a paid site and waste your money doing so. It is better to be wise than to be a fool when it comes to the ways and workings of this site.
