THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GARBAGE... I WOULD NEVER SEND MY WORST ENEMY TO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED WHEN DEALING WITH A COMPANY WHICH IM PAYING MY HARD EARNED MONEY. I NEED TO KNOW WHY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE FELT THE NEED TO LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS THE PROBLEM WHEN THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND OVER CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD NEARLY $700.
