Worst company ever. Had a parcel arriving in depot and refused by curier and returned back to seller without any notice. Had another parcel that didn't arrive at all.
No excuse for this.
Don't use them if you want to avoid disappointment!

After more than 2 months GearBest accepted to pay the refund. Still think they should improve their Customers Service, because I explained from the beginning I didn't receive the order and their answer was that it appears "delivered". Probably is their delivery company fault as well (Yodel- worst delivery company ever). At this moment I am glad I received my money back, but the chances to buy again from them are very low.

Worst company ever -do not use

Worst company ever. If I could give less than 1 star I would have.
I have placed an order with them in June and after 3 weeks I contacted them as I didn't receive anything.
They didn't know the name of the delivery company (called Yodel- avoid as well)and I had to find it myself. Once I have done that I went to collect the parcel and I've been told it was send back to Gearbest and I contacted them for refund.
They told me the parcel was send back to me and after I told them I didn't receive it, they said it appears on their tracking order as it was delivered so they won't give me the money back.
They are the worst company ever.
Strongly advise to avoid them if you don't want to loose your money.
