“I was not paid for my job twice”

I did the translation and the employer profile was deleted without having paid to me so I did the job for free and there is no reaction from the administration ion my complain. I wrote several times and there is no reply. I do not understand why they allow people to close their profiles without paying for the job they ask for, so everyone can receive the services for free, all they need is to create new account! This is horrible!
