For an online order, I had a 20% code to redeem from when I signed up for the Forever21 card. When I submitted my order with the code, the website glitched and autofilled the incorrect shipping address. No problem, I thought. I cancelled the order and went to re-order the same things. However, it says I cannot use the 20% off code because its already been redeemed. Okay thats fine, website glitch I figured. Well I called customer service the next day explaining my situation, and they basically told me theres nothing they can do and they're sorry. WTF. I shop there all the time. How can 20% or even a 10% off compensation be hard for such a huge company to give their loyal shoppers?! I feel so disgusted and the customer service reps I spoke to were rude, unhelpful, and did not care about their customers whatsoever. I cannot support any business that treats their consumers this way. Will NEVER shop there again.
