In Feb 2020 I paid exactly 0.1 BTC and until today the mined amount is not close to my initial deposit.

HOWEVER, the worst thing is that you don't even get your own money anymore because they are denying every withdrawal request.

The credit can only be transferred to an exchange that also belongs to the same dubious company. A first payment of a tiny amount to this dubious platform was successfully transfered.

But when I wanted to withdraw the rest (0.4 BTC), the whole problem started. The first attempt to pay out was rejected after 2 weeks without giving a reason. According to support, a technical error.
A second attempt to withdraw with several inquiries to the support team via email or live chat has not yet been carried out.

The answers are always the same:
1. Please wait, it should be accepted as soon as possible.
Small deposits are being accepted by the system, but higher amount of deposit is being reviewed manually by the finance team.

3. We received an information from our Finance department regarding your recent withdrawal request.

Due to technical issue your withdrawal request was not recognized by the system and wasn't processed. It was canceled because of that situation.

We would like to ask you to create and new withdrawal request, so our finance team could process it for you.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you faced with on our website.

They just provide template answers or useless excuses.

After 2 months I'm fed up, will discuss further steps with my lawyer, but this is 100% fraud. I have all screenshots of all conversations and the live chat conversations exported as proofs.

After my new withdrawal attempt was rejected without giving a reason (although I am fully verified), the chat function was also deactivated for my account.
