I first placed my order on 4/28 for a king size bed w. Support and a king mattress. I have been told 2-3 weeks waiting.
After 10 calls and 10 emails(at least) in witch different excuses were used( depending on the sales person, i. E. covid, then foot & head board ready only, then logistics, then finally after 31/2 monts someone told me all Ashley furniture its on back order (?!) etc. finally I got fed up with pushing delivery 3-4 weeks away from last time I inquired.
I asked for refund w. Evelina on last thirsday.
Email them asking for refund too.
Never heard back from them.
At this point, being 1,720.12 $ out of my money & sleeping on the floor for 4 months, I need to call my c/c and ask for a charge back.
V dissapointing that they take adv. Of ppl trust & hard earn $
The excuses for delay do not even match.
BBB, consumer protection, etc will be notified.
My cousin is a lawyer for ladt resort.
