They are a bunch of incompetent people, sell refurbished items as new, cannot repair for faulty products during warranty time, charging money for technical problem they had created.
I bought a Lenovo W530 laptop and it went to for repair 5 times, yet they could fix the power issue. I lost money and time due to my purchase.
