“Very poor customer protection.”

Very poor customer protection. I bought the computer as in good working condition, however the computer was faulty. I paid through the ping system, which guarantees the protection of buyers. I opened a dispute last November and the issue is still unresolved. Customer service first promised to deal with it, then said we should wait, and now they have stopped responding to my emails at all. I intend to discuss this issue in the media

“I totally agree with your review Oksana. I have had a similar experience with Trademe rejecting all my claims for compensation and later ignoring my emails. They do use their monopolist position in the NZ market for their absolute advantage.”
