This is to follow up on my previous review. After I posted my previous review MyChargeBack...
Oksana: We can understand why you might be upset, but calling us a scam is not acceptable. Yes, we take an upfront fee, similar to many financial and legal service providers. For the general public's knowledge, Oksana's bank refused to accept her chargeback request, even with proper documentation and after we filed a complaint. And unfortunately, after lodging a complaint with the regulator, the regulator sided with the bank. We last reached out to her on January 22,2020.
