Like Hotel California, you can check in anytime but you can never check out: I ordered a pair of women's earth shoes realizing my mistake as I hit the submit order button. Called immediately but customer service and every other option was just a Voice Mail during business hours. Cannot cancel this order and now will have to return rather than simply cancel.
