The belt of my new purse broke the second time I used it. I tried to find a retour or replace option for defective items on their website - it doesn't exist. I tried the chat option - for an entire week it was either offline during normal business hours, or I was first in line for an hour, but no one spoke with me. I opened a ticket and received an automated reply that they'll respond within a day. A week later, no response, I opened a second ticket. Again no response. Finally I managed to get hold of someone on chat and found that I cannot simply get a new belt. Nor can I return the purse with a broken belt and get a new one. I need to return it and order again. If it has increased in price - tough luck. Plus, returning it implies filling forms, explaining, calling the delivery services and paying for it yourself. They say they'll pay you back, but how will I get hold of them again? Horrible experience and such a shame, because I truly love the stuff they sell :(
