Second chance; after I got a bad experience in Banggood, decided to give another chance, and booom... I
Placed an order with 3 items, when I was trying to do this web site
Was a little slow and maybe I pushed some button twice (i m not sure)
And I noticed this orders are doubled and I deleted second set of
Orders, then paid with my Visa card and I got notice "it will be
Checked manually in 1 business day" I said ok. Next day I got 2 emails
About two orders, it says it will be shipped soon or whatever, I tried
To contact helpdesk and I was 23 on line, after waiting almost 1/2hour I
Tried to explain the situation (it was not easy because agent Yvette
Was stopping me) anyway, at last she told me when I deleted the second
Duplicate order it went to "orders--recycle bin" woooowww, so
How many times I should delete? Anyway she told me I should post
Back second duplicate order and then they may return. It is
Totally time wasting I will not buy anything there again, never
Ever...
