I ordered a replacement adapter for my Acer notebook from storebattery.sg. As there was a difference in the plugs across different models which I was wholly unaware of, their CS reached out to me to enquire which one was specific to my notebook. After giving them the required information, I received an email almost immediately for shipment tracking. After this positive experience I will definitely buy from them again.
