They are always understating their delivery times and then send a text that it will be another 50 minutes. In the last 4 weeks I have had 5 delayed text messages, saying the order will be 40 to 60 minutes longer than expected. This makes it very hard to plan meals and extremely frustrating when I can order the same thing from another service and get it here in half the time. Deleted the app and will not be ordering from them again. All I wanted for them to do to make it right was refund and cancel the small order and they would not, they lost a regular customer over like $13 dollars. If it were uber eats, amazon, caviar, or door dash I would have been refunded. They dont care about customer service.
