Scratch is a good site to learn how to code, but you should probably use the offline version. Don't get me wrong, the community is a pretty cool place, but you can get banned for anything.
My account was IP banned on Christmas. The thing is, I wasn't muted, and I was warned 5 times - once for advertising a live-streaming event, once for expressing some self-stuff I was going to do because of 2020 and the stress. I even got a warning for making a Karen joke. Then, I was warned for asking for personal information, which I don't remember doing. The others, I can't remember.
An IP ban for minor things? That's kinda sus.
All-in-all, the site is great, but the moderators are pretty strict. If you really would like to code, stick to the offline version.
