Customer service is awful, if you submit a ticket, make it very simple as they either can't read English or the more likely fact that they don't care to read much at all, you will get generic copy and paste responses tens of tens of times and half of what you asked will be completely ignored.
I asked at least 6 times why my account was disabled, all completely ignored, I still don't know! (Yeah, I'm talking to you "Prence"!)
After a while you will get passed off onto a staff member who seems to care enough to do a proper job and you can get some things done.

Mobile app is utterly awful, missing most of the simple features found on the desktop app and the websites not much better, it's become some awful mashup of a half-assed new and an old website.
The "new" site is missing most of the olds features and tabs and often jarringly redirects you to the ugly and in much need of an update old site.
