“Bans users for legitimate criticisms of website”

Had a post removed for posting it in the forums vs posting in the comments when there is nothing clearly stating that one should only post in the comments. (Why have a forums linked to the comments then?)

Instead of staff reaching out to help customers, they toss bans and put you in a Hall of Shame for daring to stand up against their fascist policies.

Never spending a dime there again.
