Called 1st & she said they had the part. After driving 2 miles to get there no part & no apology but instead went back & got the supervisor to speak with me. Just a whole lot of disrespect. Should have known not to go there when I asked for their location & was told on East Sunshine Street. When I said there are two location on east Sunshine I got the aditude in the voice. When I got there I waited to speak with to someone I could hear the two gals behind the counter complaining about people coming in this close to closing. I should have walked out than because it just went down hill from there. I will never go into an O'Reillys store ever again. Here in Springfield Missouri you expect more because this is where O'Reillys corporate office is located. There are way to many other parts stores here that have appreciation for customers & not to big to not care.

I called before going to this location to confirm they had what I needed. I got there & they did not have it. I left empty handed. The rest is in my review. I really feel bad for small towns that only have O'Reilly autoparts stores but be glad for the internet.
