This company is terrible. They have a policy of an order placed cannot be canceled or adjusted. When you hit the order button, THAT'S IT. There is no communication with customer service in a timely fashion. They simply don't respond to questions. The chat service is particularly rude. There is no tracking, no order status, no way to confirm anything. Do yourself a favor and search another company for whatever product you're looking for. Use any other company. The designs they use are counterfeit bootleg or pirated. Everything I have stated has been expressed by other unfortunate customers. TeeChip makes other "worst company in the world" candidates smile as TeeChip replaces them with that mantle.
