I bought a laptop battery from okbatt.co.uk and then found it could only be used with a totally perplexing and worrying installation bios cd which was virtually unreadable. Nowhere on the site did it say there was a proviso with this purchase and I bought the battery expecting, as you would, to just replace my current battery with no strings. When I tried to return the goods - they have a return policy for unsatisfactory purchases - their customer services: *******@okbattery.co.uk and *******@okbattery.co.uk completely ignored my several requests for return number and address to return to, which is not on their site. They do not give any telephone number either. As the battery I bought in the so-called UK, came from Singapore, I have grave doubts about this company's credentials. Steer well clear.
