“Returned product and no refund”

Purchased a small item. Day I received it, couldn't make it work. I called and got a RMA# to send back product, which I did on 04/05/2021. Got an email back saying they got the product back and put a tickets on it. After that i Have called and send messages many times. They do not reply back. They kept my $124. This Company does NOT RESPOND Back. Nor does it give you your refund. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Tip for consumers:
Customer Service ignores emails and calls are directed to voice mails. They do not respond back, they keep their product and give no refunds.
