Purchased one of their product. The product would not work, so i sent an email to customer service to do a return. They gave me a Return Authorization and product was sent back. With a tracking number. After several emails the first month, i recieved 2 emails from spygear saying they had to get a hold of warehouse and were looking into my refund. It has been over 2 months and still no refund, and now they wont even respond to my emails, or return my calls. Very unhappy with their service. NEVER purchase anything from them.
