I have very bad experience with Light in the Box, I ordered a Jacket which is L, but they sent me 2XL. I requested them to sent me the right size and a prepaid return label to return the 2XL one, and attached photos of the Barcode of the packaging and photo of Tag 2XL in the Jacket on the Service Ticket as proof. They answered me and asked for the same thing for Proof which I already sent them and said confirmation of proof is very time consuming, and offer only (a) 50% coupon and keep the Jacket or (b) 30% refund of the item price. When I wrote them they already got what they wanted as Proof, they then offer 1.Keep item and 60% coupon and applies toward future purchase, must use within 3 months, 2.Keep Item and 50% refund of item price. I reluctantly choose option (2) 50% refund of item price, but then I got email from them saying they will send $2.07 to my paypal acct. I wrote them back $2.07 is not 50% of the price I paid, and since I remembered I paid them with Paypal, so I have filed a dispute to Paypal with all the photos of Proof, then seller sent me email saying they will send $5.93 MORE, I waited for 6 days, they only sent $2.07 USD, the $5.93 USD never come, so I have to decline it, as they are very tricky, if I accept it, my dispute will be closed. Then I sent Paypal the Seller email of offering $5.93 MORE, this time they offer only the $5.93 without the $2.07 on Paypal, so I declined it as well. Then they said they will refund me in full when I ship the jacket back to them, but want me to pay for shipping myself. NO CUSTOMER HAVE TO PAID FOR SHIPPING FOR SOMETHING WHEN THE SELLER SENT THEM TH WRONG ITEM. I phoned paypal, seller refuse to provide prepaid shipping label and want me to pay for shipping myself. Finally PayPal give me back my $9.96 USD THEMSELVES, AND THE SELLER GET AWAY WITHOUT REFUNDING ANYTHING. I will never buy anything from this Light in the Box again after going through all these troubles. They are a very dishonest and cunning.

Tip for consumers:
You will never see free return or refund on Light in the Box Site, so just know that you will either getting a tiny fraction of your money even if they sent you the wrong thing, and if you want full refund, you have to file dispute and escalate to a claim to paypal even then, they want you to pay for shipping for the wrong item that they sent you before they give you full refund ( which shipping to China is usually more than what you paid for the item)

I have always ordered Groceries from Walmart, usually twice a month, the first year was fine, then since July last year, they have failed to deliver on the day and time slot that the groceries supposed to come. After waiting for more than another hour, you called Customer Services, they told you they will call the store to find out what happened, then they either said the Store did not answer the phone, or the Store said the driver is on their way which is a total lie. You waited for another couple of hours, they still told you the same thing but do nothing. You told them from past experience, if they don't show up at the time slots you ordered, they will never come, and asked Customer Service to cancel the order and refund you, such that you can put the exactly same order on the next day. Customer Services will said they have to call the store to cancel before they can issue the refund. Well the Store never cancel the order and ths status still said processing after 6 hrs. Your get so upset that you file a complaint with BBB and attached all the screenshots that Walmart pretended to show the driver is 15 min away and is coming, but the vehicle never moved, then the screen changed drivers name, but the car still did not move. I come to the conclusion that the Store is lying and is totally irresponsible, and so is the Customer Service who did not want to do nothing for the customer, they can see that the groceries is never delivered, but they refused to issue the refund, so that you can reorder the same thing the next day. The Head Office called and apologize and have the Store Manager called as well and assured you it will never happens again, and told you they have put notation on the computer that if the Store failed to deliver on the time slot allocated, instead of asking the customer waiting for nothing, should cancel the order and issue the refund. But when it happens again, Customer Service Rep said they can never find that notation even if you gave them the date last happened. They are totally pathetic and if you notice one thing, after charging you $7.97 for delivery, they started to sneak in an extra tip of 15% for the driver, which I notice and remove it. That tells me, instead of paying the driver themselves out of the delivery charge, they even want the customer to pay more to pay for the driver whatever company they are using now. Therefore I come to the conclusion that if Walmart is not using their own driver, you will never get your groceries. Also the worst part is if they failed to deliver, instead of putting Store failed to deliver, they put "Changed mind, no longer wanted" Never even want to admit their mistake. Do not know what kind of business it is that Walmart had gone so bad these days, totally irresponsible, totally negligence, and no customer satisfaction whatsoever!

Tip for consumers:
Watch out when you order Groceries from Walmart, they always failed to delivered on the timeslot that the groceries supposed to come and the Customer offers no help either, you have to wait for hours and called at least 3 - 4 times before they cancel the order and refund you !

I brought different brand of Vitamin C serum, every time when I tried to put products review, it flash out "You have submitted the maximum number of reviews this week for non-Amazon Verified Purchases, but you can continue to submit reviews for Amazon Verified Purchases. It is not the first time, I brought another brand is the same thing, I let it go at first, no big deal, not to write product review. Now I brought the same brand again the second time, the same thing flash out and not allow me to write product review. I called Amazon.ca and they said they will get back to me, they never did, I called them again, asked for the manager to escalate the concern, then Amazon.com sent me an email saying that I am not allow to write review because I brought less than $50 during the pass six month, I called and blast them, I asked them WHY DID AMAZON.COM EVEN ANSWER ME, I AM TALKING TO AMAZON.CA, AND I BOUGHT OF COURSE MUCH MORE THAN $50, AND TOLD THEM TO HAVE THE PROPER DEPARTMENT OF AMAZON.CA TO ANSWER ME. Then I got an email saying that they remove my comments because certain person in my same household bought the product, said they do not allow bias comment and they remove both of our comments. I wrote them back and said this is the second time I bought the Vitamin C and I still not allow to write product review, I told them they are bias themselves, they favor some particular Vitamin C Serum seller, and not allow people to write products review on other vitamin C, serum. They also still did not answer my question ' WHAT DO THEY MEAN BY " YOU HAVE SUBMIT THE MAXIMUM NON-VERIFIED AMAZON REVIEW FOR THE WEEK, WHEN I NEVER WROTE ANY PRODUCT REVIEW IF I DID NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING. Theirs customer service is terrible, not knowing what they are doing, refuse to give you a proper answer for the question and just tried to shove you off!
