Such a bad experience and worst consumer service ever. I have been trying to understand why I ended up paying more than the price advertised in their website. It's been 5 weeks now. They don't want to refund the difference because the fuel was supposedly not full. Each time there is a different contact person to whom I must explain the situation all over again and send all documents again. Waste of time and money. Don't trust DoyouSpain or Thrifty / Hertz, the compagnies they work with.
