Yes~it's true. I have 18 e-mails from Q-Link in my in-box & no phone! How is this company allowed to operate & deal with the public? Something is very wrong here, Do not use this company. There's other companies for a free smart phone out there that don't operate like this!
In my opinion Q LinkWireless should not be the middle man for a free government Smart Phone! What good is this company if customers are unable to communicate with them? COMPLAIN WIDELY & LOUDLY ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!
