In general, a company's ustomer service trumps the actual product offered, at least for me. Weebly's live service is pretty much non existent now, and the average response back via email takes 4-5 days... if they even ever respond at all. There seems to be no accountability in regards to customers' issues being handled.
Their actual site is buggy but not incredibly so, some decent features on it but I'm sure there are a lot of similar companies with a decent web builder who also have better customer service.
