“I wish I could reiterate how much this is a SCAM”

I've never written a bad review about any company in my life; until today. I ordered my book August 30th and paid nearly $30 extra for it to be here within 3-5 days. It is now SEPTEMBER 13th, TWO WEEKS later and I STILL don't have the damn book! I called the number and of course no one answers, so I've been exchanging emails with some person, God only knows where from, who's email reads Spam. Tells me I can't get a refund on any of it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO BUY YOUR BOOKS!
